I’ve actually finished my Daring Baker challenge ahead of time and am plugging along on my Bittman salads.

So many recipes, so precious little time.

I love that most of your pix involve natural light. Unfortunately Manhattan apartments being what they are, optimal window exposures aren’t the norm. My kitchen’s window faces an inner air shaft for example.
