I'm still having fun with the idea that any recipe can actually belong to a person when it's the idea that's original, and mine certainly isn't! Sometimes rubs are too overpowering for the meat I put them on, but this was a nice combo. Definitely try the sandwiches -- especially with all that gorgeous produce you have!
