Including baked beans. She just thinks everything tastes better with a finish of brown butter! And her mother always did it. She's been doing it for way more than 60 years so, if Bon Appetit is trying to make this new....they're a wee bit late. As to the ice cream - an inspired... and inspiring idea... What time is dinner?
