I never have seen Garlic Teriyaki Sauce before – I’m definitely going to look for that in the grocery store. Thanks for the recipe.

Mmmm…you steak looks delicious. I like that it has Coke in the marinade. I like brussel sprouts. Especially with caramelized onions or prosciutto.

I am not a red meat eater, maybe I eat 5 steaks a year. But a cookbook is a cookbook and when it is for a good cause, how can I say no?
That rice looks really good. Did you see the Mexican rice in my blog? That is one of the few recipes I am really proud of.

You are quite welcome, Mike! I’m curious about the rest of those recipes, too. My mom used to purchase the Navy wives cookbook (my stepfather was in the Navy) and there are some great gems that I’d never find in one of my cookbooks!

Very tasty looking Kelly! I plan on going back through and cooking some of them with healthier, and more importabtly for me, cheaper, cuts of beef.
As I mentioned, this recipe was well worth the $10 price of the book, and there are so many others in there that are also worth it.
